摘要
以某高压气田为研究目标,根据高压气田的油藏压力特性及采油树安全阀参数,研究了油田开发中井口控制盘面临的地层压力快速递增、耐高压腐蚀等问题。结合平台逻辑控制及操作功能需要,重点针对井口控制盘中系统压力梯度方案设计、测试及数据采集系统、高压元器件选型接口形式、不锈钢材质选型、核心元器件选型及设备的结构工艺等进行了技术优化,制订出了相适应的技术方案,满足了该油田开采开发和高压条件下的油藏特殊要求。
According to characteristics of reservoir high pressure and parameters of safety valve of christmas tree, problems of rapid progressive increase of formation pressure and high pressure and corrosion faced by wellhead control panel are studied in oilfield development with high pressure gas oilfield as research object. Combining platform logic control and operation function need, technical optimization is carried out with focusing on a control panel wellhead pressure gradient system design, test and data acquisition system, structure of high pressure process in form of an interface component selection, selection of stainless steel, core component selection and equipment construction process. Relative technical solutions are put forward. Specific requirements under reservoir oilfield exploration and development of high-pressure conditions are met.
