摘要
针对危险化学品领域中自力式压力调节阀在应用过程中存在的安全隐患问题,参照"控制阀安全要求",分析了现行自力式压力调节阀采用单膜片执行机构存在流体危险时的缺陷和危害;介绍了采用膜片冗余和具有显示报警功能的新型产品的结构、防流体危害的功能和应用,以达到自力式压力调节阀的使用安全要求。
Aiming at potential safety risk for self-actuated regulator during application in dangerous chemical field, referencing to "safety requirements of control valve", defecls and harm in application in fluid risk for current used self-actuated regulator adopted with diaphragm actuator are discussed. New products structure, function and application for fluid risk prevention adopted with redundant diaphragm actuator and indication alarm functions are introduced. Safety requirements of self actuated regulator is met.
