摘要
基于在执行航天测控X频段TT&C任务时上行链路需配备功率放大器的需要,给出了X频段室外型400 W功率放大器的设计方案,详细阐述了大功率整机合成技术和高效散热技术,明确了功放研制过程中的关键技术,结合系统测试给出了功放的测试数据并进行了分析。利用该方法设计的X频段室外型400 W功率放大器已成功应用在实际工程中。测试结果表明,功放的性能指标满足系统要求。
Based on the requirement of the high power amplifier for the up-link of the whole system when implementing TT&C task of X band,this paper introduces the design scheme of the X band outdoor 400 W power amplifier and particularly expatiates the technique of high power synthesizing and the technique of high efficiency radiating. Based on these techniques, the key methods of the power amplifier are described and testing data embedded in the whole TT&C system are listed and analyzed.The high power amplifier has been successfully equipped in some TT&C system based on these methods and test data has proved the function of the amplifier.
