农村劳动力流动与农民收入的相关性研究——以辽宁省为例

中国作为一个农业比重较大的国家,要想在经济发展上取得突出成就,最重要的一点就是要处理好农民问题。辽宁省农村劳动力人数在所有劳动力人数中所占的比重与农村常住居民人均可支配收入之间呈高度负相关关系;劳动力转移对于农村常住居民人均可支配收入的增长具有促进作用;我国的农业问题已由过去的粮食问题转变为现在的农民收入问题,农民收入问题是指农业收入与非农业收入的差距。解决收入差距的最好办法就是进行要素结构调整,主要是劳动力要素的调整。
