通过对来馆读者发放问卷进行调查,了解互联网环境下图书馆购买和自建数字资源的使用程度和频率,分析读者利用数字资源的情况,获知读者对公共图书馆数字化服务的期望及服务满意度,并根据调查数据提出改进建议及措施。

The research group issued a questionnaire to readers who came to the library to comprehend the level and frequency of their buying and using digital resources in Internet digital environment, analyzed the cases of readers＇ making use of the digital resources to get to know the readers＇ expectations and satisfaction of the public library digital services, and put forward suggestions and measures for improvement based on the survey data.
