摘要 曲轴是压缩机的重要零部件之一,扭振破坏是曲轴的主要失效形式,其主要影响因素是曲轴的模态。为了研究曲轴的固有频率特性,利用SolidWorks软件建立了一个压缩机的曲轴模型.并使用Workbench对曲轴进行了模态分析。通过查看分析所得的前十阶固有频率和振型可知,曲轴的最低谐次频率高于曲轴的激励频率,避开了共振频率,曲轴的动态性能满足设计要求。 The crankshaft is one of the most important parts of compressor. The main destruction form of the crankshaft is torsion vibration, and the main influence factor is the crankshaft mode. For studying the characteristics of natural frequency of the crankshaft, a 3D model of compressor crankshaft was built by using SolidWorks, and then modal analysis of the crankshaft was operated by using Workbench. By looking into the natural frequency and vibration mode of the first 10 steps, the minimum order frequency was higher than the crankshaft excitation frequency, so that the resonance frequency was avoided. As a result, the crankshaft dynamic performance can meet the design requirements.
