摘要 简要介绍了木质物料粉碎机的工作原理,利用三维软件SolidWorks对木质物料粉碎机刀盘装置进行实体建模,再将模型通过导入有限元分析软件ANSYSWorkbench,建立有限元模型,对有限元模型进行有限元网格划分处理,添加约束并进行模态分析,得出刀盘装置其6阶固有振型和频率,分析出薄弱环节,提出有关优化措施。 The working principle of wooden material grinder is briefly introduced. The cutter device of wooden material grinder was established based on Solidworks, and then the model was introduced into the finite element analysis software ANSYSWorkbench, the finite element model was established, and meshed, constraints were added and modal analysis was implemented. The 6 order natural frequency and vibration type of cutter header device was calculated, the weak link was found, and relevant optimization measures were put forward.
