摘要
荣乌高速准格尔黄河特大桥是一座斜拉桥,已于2016年4月建成通车。该桥7#和8#索塔上塔柱均为72.5m。为了减少环向预应力损失,对上塔柱的施工要求很高,通过施工实践摸索,对环向预应力工艺进行了细致研究,发现通过改进张拉工艺,不但可以提高预应力张拉的精准度,也很大程度上加快了工程进度,表明本项目对该方向的研究适用于现场施工实际。
Zhungeer Yellow River bridge of Rong Wu Highway is a river-crossing cable-stayed bridge,opened to traffic in April 2016. The 7# and 8# cable tower pillar of this bridge both are 72. 5 m. In order to reduce the loss of circumferential prestress,the requirements for the pillar construction is very strict. Through the construction practice exploration,the circumferential prestressing technique are studied in detail. It is found that through the improved tensioning process,not only do prestress tension accuracy be improved,but also the progress of the project is greatly accelerated. And it is shows that this study is applicable for construction practice.
