吸烟与牙周病关系临床调查

Relationship between smoking and periodontal diseases:a clinical survey

目的探讨吸烟对牙周健康情况的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年6月至2015年6月非牙周病主因就诊于大连市口腔医院的235例成年男性患者的临床资料。根据是否吸烟,将患者分为吸烟组(n=128)和非吸烟组(n=107)。观察所有患者牙龈指数、牙周袋深度和附着水平,比较两组患者的软垢指数(DI)及牙周治疗需要指数(CPITN)。结果吸烟组患者DI高评分比例及CPITN评分牙周炎患者比例均高于非吸烟组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸烟是可能导致牙周炎的危险因素,劝诫戒烟可作为牙周病治疗的有效措施。

Objective To investigate the influence of smoking on periodontal health. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 235 patients in Dalian Stomatological Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015. All 235 cases were divided into smoking group（ n =128） and non smoking group（ n = 107）,according to whether smoke. Gingival index（ GI）,periodontal deep（ PD） and its attachment level were observed in this study. While,debris index（ DI） and community periodontal index of treatment needs（ CPITN） were compared between the two groups,respectively. Results Compared to non smoking group,both high DI and CPITN ratios in smoking group were higher（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Smoking is one of the risk factors of periodontal diseases. Quit smoking may be an effective action for periodontal health.
