右美托咪定及丙泊酚联合地佐辛用于宫腔镜手术麻醉的效果观察

Observation on the Anesthetic Effects of Dexmedetomidine and Propofol Combined with Dezocine in Treatment of Hysteroscope Operation

目的:探讨宫腔镜手术中应用右美托咪定、丙泊酚联合地佐辛麻醉的效果。方法:选取100例宫腔镜手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者给予右美托咪定、丙泊酚联合地佐辛麻醉,对照组患者给予丙泊酚麻醉,观察2组患者的麻醉效果、不良反应发生情况、不同时间段疼痛情况及生命体征各指标变化情况。结果:观察组患者麻醉起效时间、定向力恢复时间、睁眼时间均明显优于对照组,丙泊酚用量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.00%(1/50),明显低于对照组的28.00%(14/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中,术后2、12、24 h疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中、术后各项生命体征指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜手术中应用右美托咪定、丙泊酚联合地佐辛麻醉,效果显著,可保证患者舒适度,提高手术安全性。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the anesthetic effects of dexmedetomidine and propofol combined with dezocine in treatment of hysteroscope operation. METHODS： 100 patients with hysteroscope operation were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 50 cases in each. The observation group were treated with dexmedetomidine and propofol combined with dezocine,while the control group only received propofol. The anesthetic effects,incidence of adverse drug reactions,pain at different time points and changes of vital signs indicators of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The onset time,recovery time of directive force,eye-opening time in observation group were better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 2. 00%（ 1 /50）,significantly lower than that of control group [28. 00%（ 14 /50） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The pain score of observation group during operation,after operation of 2 h,12 h and 24 h were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The vital signs indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS：The effects of dexmedetomidine and propofol combined with dezocine in treatment of hysteroscope operation is significant,which can ensure patients＇ comforts and improve the operation safety.
