氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Ofloxacin Combined with Metronidazole in Treatment of Periodontitis

目的:探讨氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的疗效观察。方法:选取2015年9月—2016年5月湖北省京山县人民医院收治的牙周炎患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予氧氟沙星治疗。观察2组患者的临床效果、出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%(49/50),明显优于对照组的86.00%(43/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的疗效显著,可减少出血情况的发生,不良反应发生率低。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the observation on efficacy of ofloxacin combined with metronidazole in treatment of periodontitis. METHODS： 100 patients with periodontitis admitted into Hubei Jingshan County People＇s Hospital from Sept. 2015 to May 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 50 cases in each. The control group were treated with metronidazole,while the observation group additionally received ofloxacin based on the control group. The clinical effects,bleeding index,depth of periodontal pouch,height of alveolar bone and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed.RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 98. 00%（ 49 /50）,significantly better than that of control group [86. 00%（ 43 /50） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the bleeding index,depth of periodontal pouch,height of alveolar bone in observation group were better than those in control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significance between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of ofloxacin combined with metronidazole in treatment of periodontitis is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of bleeding with low incidence of adverse drug reactions.
