品管圈在降低抗菌药物使用强度管理中的应用效果

Analysis on Application Effect of Quality Control Circle Activities in Reducing the Antibiotics Use Density

目的:探讨品管圈在降低抗菌药物使用强度管理中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,抽取复旦大学附属妇产科医院2015年6—7月妇科出院病历120份(改进前),对抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析,运用质量管理常用工具对妇科手术围术期应用抗菌药物存在的问题进行改进;抽取2015年11—12月妇科出院病历120份(改进后),对比分析开展品管圈活动前后抗菌药物使用强度等指标变化情况。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,妇科抗菌药物使用强度从42 DDDs/(100人·d)下降至38 DDDs/(100人·d),达到国家标准。圈员的工作热情、创造性、主动性明显提高。结论:品管圈活动在降低抗菌药物使用强度管理中取得了较好的效果,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the application effects of quality control circle（ QCC） activities in reducing reducing antibiotics use density. METHODS： The QCC was established,120 discharged medical orders（ before improvement group） were extracted from Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University during Jun. to Jul.2015 by steps of QCC,and statistical analysis was conducted on the application status of antibiotics,problems of antibiotics used in gynaecologic surgery were improved by commonly used quality management tools. 120 discharged medical orders（ after improvement group） were extracted during Nov.-Dec. 2015,changes of indicators as antibiotics use density were compared and analyzed before and after QCC activities. RESULTS： Through developing QCC activities,the antibiotics use density decreased from 42 DDDs /（ 100 people·d） to 38 DDDs /（ 100 people·d）,which reached the national standard. The staff＇s enthusiasm, creativity and initiative were significantly improved.CONCLUSIONS： The effects of QCC activities in reducing antibiotics use density achieved good results. It is worth of promotion and application.
