安徽省立医院药品说明书中儿童用药信息标注情况调查分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:了解安徽省立医院药品说明书中有关儿童用药的标注信息,为指导儿童合理用药提供参考。方法:收集该院在用药品的说明书,详细阅读药品说明书内容,设计调查表,记录儿童用药标注信息,对结果进行统计分析。结果:共调查1 473种药品的说明书,856种药品的说明书中标注"儿童用药"项;574种注射用药中,药品说明书中标注"儿童用药"项的有390种(占67.94%)。1 473种药品中,药品说明书"不良反应"项中描述与儿童用药信息相关的有142种(占9.64%);药品说明书中标明"儿童禁用"的有91种(占6.18%);药品说明书注明儿童"不宜使用"的有268种(占18.19%);药品说明书中标明儿童用药"尚不明确"的有581种(占39.44%)。结论:药品说明书中存在儿童用药信息标注不完整的现象,有待进一步规范化并加强管理,以便为儿童临床用药提供安全、有效的参考依据。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the children medication information in drug instructions in Anhui Provincial Hospital,so as to provide reference for the guidance of rational drug use for children. METHODS: drug instructions of all being used drugs were collected,through intensive reading the drug instructions,designing investigation table and recording children medication information, the data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: Totally 1 473 drug instructions were investigated,and 856 drugs had item of "children drug"in drug instructions. Of the 574 injections,390( 67. 94%) had had item of "children drug"in drug instructions. Of the 1 473 drugs,142( 9. 64%) had the item of "adverse reactions"that associated with children; 91( 6. 18%) had the label of"contraindicated for children"; 268( 18. 19%) had the label of "not suitable for children"; and 581( 39. 44%) had the label of "the drug's use for children is not clear ". CONCLUSIONS: The children medication information in drug instructions is not integrity enough,therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the management so as to provide safe and effective reference for the clinical drug use for children.
