临床药师对川崎病患儿的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for One Child with Kawasaki Disease by Clinical Pharmacists

目的:探讨临床药师在川崎病患儿药物治疗中的作用。方法:针对1例川崎病患儿,临床药师从最佳给药时间、最佳给药剂量、药品不良反应监测等方面为患儿制订个体化药物治疗方案,并进行药学监护。结果与结论:临床药师为患儿提供药学服务,可减少药品不良反应的发生,使患儿用药趋于安全、有效、经济。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of one child with kawasaki disease. METHODS： The clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care and formulated individualized treatment plans for one child with Kawasaki disease from the perspective of the optimal timing of administration and dosage,monitoring of adverse drug reactions,etc. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS： The clinical provide pharmaceutical care for the child can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and make the children medication tend to be safe,reasonable and efficient.
