基于有效发明专利的贵州省专利现状分析

Analysis of the Present Situation of Patent Based on Effective Inventive Patent

有效发明专利是指仍处于有效状态、受法律保护的发明专利。有效发明专利数量相较于专利申请量和授权量对专利综合实力和科技经济竞争力的评定更有权威性和说服力。文章以国家知识产权局"全国专利信息管理平台"提供的贵州省有效发明专利为数据源,采用定量、定性及可视化的分析方法,对贵州省有效发明专利的市(州)分布、专利权人类型分布、技术领域分布情况,以及专利维持时间进行了统计分析,为贵州省的专利布局与经济发展提供决策参考。

Effective inventive patent is patent still in valid state and protected by law. The quantity of effective inventive patent is more authoritative and convincing for the evaluation of the overall strength of patent and competitiveness of science-technology economicy compared with the patent application and patent grant. Based on the effective inventive patent data from the patent information management platform of SIPO,using the methods of quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, visualization analysis, statistical analyses are conducted for the city distribution of effectively inventive patent, the type distribution of the patentee, technosphere distribution and Patent Maintenance time.The analysis results provide decisionmaking reference for patent layout and economic development.
