防风不同播种量与移栽密度的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对乌兰浩特地区防风直播生产田、育苗田、移栽生产田的不同播种量或移栽密度进行对比研究,筛选出不同生产田的适宜播种量或移栽密度以指导生产实践。方法:测量和比较不同播种量及移栽密度下药材的亩产量、根粗、鲜根重、根条数。结果:药材生产田随着播种量或移栽密度的增大,药材亩产量增加,但根部各指标值呈现出下降的趋势。育苗田的播种量仅对样方内株数影响较大,表现出正相关关系,但是当密度增加到19 g·m^(-2)时,其余指标值及亩产量明显较低。结论:直播田适宜播种量为3 g·m^(-2),播种密度为16株·m^(-2),垄上单行播种;育苗田适宜播种密度为15 g·m^(-2);移栽田适宜移栽密度为17株·m^(-2),株距10 cm。 Objective:To study different kinds of sowing or transplanting density in direst-seeding field,nursery field and transplanting field in Ulanhot with the aim of selecting the best way of density in different production fields.Methods:The yield traits,taproot thick,root number,root fresh weight of Saposhnicovia divaricata in the test area were measured and compared under different planting density.Results:The medicinal yield rose with the increase of seeding rate and transplanting density,the root index showed a downward trend in medicinal production fields.Seedling rate only had a great impact on the number of samples and showed positive correlation,but when the density increased to 19 g·m^-2,the other index and yield were significantly lower.Conclusion:Direct-seeding field suitable planting density was 3 g·m^-2,ridge sowing in single line;Nursery field suitable planting density was 15 g·m^-2.Transplanting field was suitable for transplanting density of 17 plants·m^-2 with planting distance of 10 cm.
