人性化护理对胃癌根治术患者生活质量的影响

Effect of humane care on the quality of life of the patients with gastric cancer radi-cal operation

目的探讨人性化护理对胃癌根治术患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年7月至2015年6月我院收治的胃癌根治术患者64例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组则实施人性化护理，采用piper癌性疲乏程度评估量表（RPFS）评估对比两组患者干预前后的癌性疲乏情况，并采用欧洲癌症研究及治疗协作组制定的生活质量评估量表（QLQ-C30）进行干预前后的生活质量评价对比。结果干预前，两组患者的癌性疲乏各项评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后，观察组患者的行为疲乏、情感疲乏、躯体疲乏、认知疲乏评分改善均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；干预前，两组患者的生活质量评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后，观察组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论将人性化护理用于胃癌根治术患者的干预，能有效减轻患者的癌性疲乏，改善生活质量，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of humane care on quality of life of patients with gastric cancer radical operation. Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with astric cancer surgery treated in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 32 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing countermeasures, while the observa- tion group adopted humane care nursing on the basis of the control group. The cancer-related fatigue situation before and after the intervention of the two groups were evaluated and compared by the piper cancer fatigue degree assessment scale （RPFS）. The quality of life of patients of the two groups before and after intervention were compared by the quali- ty of life assessment scale （QLQ-C30） . Results There was no significant difference in terms of the scores of cancer- related fatigue of the two groups before intervention （P〉0. 05 ）. After the intervention, the fatigue behavior, emotional fatigue, physical fatigue and the improvement of cognitive fatigue score was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant differences in terms of the score of quality of life of the two groups before intervention （ P〉0. 05 ）. After intervention, the physical functioning, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The implementation of humane care measures for gastric cancer patients can effectively reduce fatigue of patients with cancer and improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
