摘要
目的分析同伴教育在农村2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果及其对运动依从性的影响。方法选取2013年3月至2014年4月本院收治的农村2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对所有患者均实施糖尿病的常规治疗,实验组患者在此基础上对患者进行同伴教育;对照组对患者进行常规教育。对所有患者干预前后的效果(空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)进行评定,对患者干预后的依从性(知识掌握情况、遵医服药、饮食控制、戒除烟酒、规律运动、自我监测、定期复查)进行比较。结果干预后实验组患者的空腹血糖(4.43±0.87)mmol/L显著低于对照组(5.83±0.75)mmol/L,二者差异具有统计学意义(t=6.6758,P〈O.0001);实验组患者的餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组患者依从性(知识掌握情况、遵医服药、饮食控制、戒除烟酒、规律运动、自我监测、定期复查)中各项依从百分比均高于对照组依从百分比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论同伴教育对于农村2型糖尿病患者有良好的应用效果,能有效控制血糖和提高患者的依从性,值得广泛推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of peer education on rural type 2 diabetes and its im- pact on the movement's compliance. Methods A total of 60 cases of rural patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) . All patients were given conventional treatment. The observation group adopted peer education based on the conventional treatment, while the control group's patients were treated with conventional education based on the conven- tional treatment. The efficacy before and after treatment (fasting glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose, glycosy- lated hemoglobin) were evaluated. The compliance after treatment (knowledge level, medication compliance, diet, quit smoking, regular exercise, self'monitoring and regular review) of all patients were compared. Results After treatment, the observation group's fasting glucose was (4. 43 ± 0. 87) retool/L, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (5.83± 0. 75 ) mmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant (t = 6. 6758, P〈 0. 0001 ). The observation group's 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin were lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05 ) . The compliance percentages ( knowledge lev- el, medication compliance, diet, quit smoking, regular exercise, self-monitoring and regular review of the observa- tion group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 O. 05) . Conclusions Peer education was shown a good effect for rural type 2 diabetes, which can effectively help patients con- trol blood sugar and improve patients" compliance, hence it is worth wide apphcation.
