石油开采过程中环境影响后评价的初步探索

Preliminary research on environmental impact post-assessment in the process of oil exploration

在石油开采过程中存在许多环境问题。虽然我国已经开展石油开采过程的环境影响评价工作,但石油开采环节产生的累积性、持续性等环境影响仍是未知的,有待于进一步探索。本文主要就勘探、钻井、采油三个不同阶段出现的不同环境问题进行分析研究,并初步探索石油开采过程的环境影响后评价技术方案,为以后进行石油工业环境影响后评价提供一定的依据。

The process of oil production belongs to upstream of the oil industry,including oil exploration,oil drilling and oil recovery. However,some environmental problems will be caused in the process of oil production,such as destroying the ecological environment,atmosphere,water,and so on. Though the environmental impact assessment of oil exploring has been carried out in China,its accumulative and persistent environmental impact is still unknown,which need to be further explored. Different environmental problems in the stages of exploration,drilling and production are mainly analysed in this study. The preliminary research on the technological scheme of environmental impact postassessment for the oil exploitation process has been explored,which will provide a certain basis for conducting the environmental impact assessment in the oil industry.
