摘要
制氢装置在开工产氢后不久出现14根炉管红管,对此事件进行了分析。根据炉管红管现象、卸出催化剂形态、转化炉出口甲烷含量及其转化率、炉管壁温、炉管压差、催化剂性能测试、炉管检测等内容,结合催化剂影响因素,综合分析了导致此次转化炉炉管红管原因。从生产经验出发,提出了制氢装置运行过程中改进措施和相应对策,从而保证制氢装置平稳安全运行。
There are 14 reformer furnace tubes in the hydrogen generation unit become red soon after the start-up of hydrogen production. The causes of the red tube phenomenon are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of the morphology of unloaded catalyst,methane content at the outlet of furnace,conversion rate,furnace wall temperature,furnace pressure difference,catalyst performance test,furnace tube test,etc. According to the experience,the improvement strategy and countermeasures during the operation of hydrogen plant are proposed to ensure the stable and safe operation.
