摘要 对新型醚化溶剂环戊基甲醚(CPME)的生产方法进行研究。使用Aspen Plus软件模拟CPME反应精馏系统,以CPME纯度作为目标函数,同时考虑转化率、副反应速率以及热负荷等,探索精馏塔参数对CPME纯度的影响。得到最佳参数分别为:理论板数20块,原料进料板位置第16块板,回流比0.7,精馏段和提馏段理论板数均是4块,甲醇(Me OH)和环戊烯(CPE)摩尔比0.8,操作压力0.8 MPa。此时CPME的质量分数为97.35%,CPE转化率为70%,再沸器负荷为196.79 k W。并确定了第5块和第16块理论板为灵敏板。 The production method for novel ether solvent,cyclopentyl methyl ether(CPME),is studied. Aspen Plus is used to simulate the reaction distillation system of CPME. The effect of distillation column parameters on CPME purity is studied by using CPME purity as the objective function,taking into account the conversion rate,the rate of side reactions,heat duty,etc. The optimal parameters are as follows: 20 of number of theoretical plates,16 thplate of the feed plate position,0. 7 of the reflux ratio,4 of the number of rectifying plates,4 of the number of stripping plates,0. 8 of molar ratio of methanol(Me OH) and cyclopentene(CPE) and 0. 8 MPa of operation pressure. Under the optimal condition,the purity of CPME is 97. 35% and the conversion rate of cyclopentene is 70%. The heat duty of reboiler is 196. 79 k W.And the 15 thand the 16 ththeoretical plates are determined as sensitive plates.
