摘要
为了采用响应面法对丁香提取工艺进行优化,试验以丁香提取物中丁香酚含量为考察指标,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计方法进行提取工艺优化。结果表明:丁香提取物制备的最佳响应组合为乙醇浓度80%,提取温度59.8℃,料液比1∶11,提取时间1.68 h,经计算得到浸膏中丁香酚含量为84.39%,在此条件下验证性试验测得丁香提取物中丁香酚含量分别为79.23%、81.34%、79.34%。说明响应面优化得到的丁香提取物制备工艺稳定、可靠。
In order to apply response surface method to optimize the extraction technology of clove extract, with the content of eugenol in clove extract as the evaluation index, Box - Behnken central composite design method was used to optimize the extraction technology. The results showed that the optimal response combination of clove extract preparation were as follows:ethanol concentration 80%, extraction temperature 59.8 ℃, solid -liquid ratio 1:11, extraction time 1.68 h, which calculated the content of the extract eugenol 84.39%, and experimental content of the extract eugenol in clove extract were calculated as 79.23% ,81.34% ,79.34% under this condition. The results indicate that the extraction technology of clove extract by response surface method is stable and reliable.
