蜂强1号意蜂子代与本地意蜂蜂王浆产量地区差异分析

Analysis of regional differences on the yields of royal jelly from the descendants of Fengqiang No.1 Apis mellifera ligustica and local Apis mellifera ligustica

摘要 为了研究云南蒙自和普洱蜂强1号意蜂(即蜂王浆优质高产抗白垩病蜂种)子代和本地意蜂蜂王浆产量差异,试验在蒙自和普洱两地开展,同一个花期内重复采样9次,蜂王浆取出后用电子天平称量后放入冰箱冷冻保存。结果表明:蜂强1号意蜂子代蜂王浆产量显著高于本地意蜂(P<0.01);蒙自地区,蜂王浆优质高产抗白垩病蜂种子代蜂王浆产量比本地意蜂高34.8%,而普洱地区,却高达47.4%。说明蜂强1号意蜂在普洱地区试验效果好于蒙自地区。 To study the differences in the yields of royal jelly between the descendants of Fengqiang No. 1 Apis mellifera ligustica as a bee breed with good - quality and high - yield royal jelly and chalkbrood disease resistance in Mengzi and Purr of Yunnan and local Apis mellifera ligustica, the tests carried out in Mengzi and Purr, respectively. The samples of royal jelly were repeatedly collected for nine times in the same flower peri- od, while the royal jelly was taken out and placed in the fridge for cryopreservation after weighing with an electronic balance. The results showed that the yield of royal jelly from the descendants of Fengqiang No. 1 Apis mellifera ligustica was extremely significantly higher (P 〈0. 01 ) than that of local Apis rrvellifera ligustica. The yield of royal jelly from the bee breed with good - quality and high yield royal jelly and chalkbrood disease resistance was higher by 34.8% than the local Apis mellifera ligustica in the Mengzi region, while the yield of royal jelly from the bee breed was as high as 47.4% in the Pu er region. The results indicate Fengqiang No. 1 Apis mellifera ligustica has a better test effect in the Pu' er region.
