女性更年期综合征的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors of Female Climacteric Syndrome

目的:分析女性更年期综合征发生的相关因素。方法:采用随机群体抽样法,选取230例更年期女性作为研究对象进行问卷调查,并使用改良后更年期Kupperman评分,对其更年期综合征因素进行分析。结果:单因素分析显示:工作压力、慢性疾病、婚姻状况、邻里关系、月收入以及文化程度与女性更年期综合征的发生有一定关系(P<0.05);多因素分析证实:工作压力过大、患有慢性疾病、婚姻状况差、邻里关系差、文化程度相对较低以及月收入低是导致出现重度更年期综合征的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:引起更年期综合征出现的因素较多,包括工作压力、慢性疾病、婚姻状况、邻里关系、月收入以及文化程度过低等,加强认知水平,合理调节有助于改善并减少更年期综合征的发生几率。

Objective： To analyze the related factors of female climacteric syndrome. Methods： using random group sampling method, 230 cases of menopausal women were selected as the research subjects, and the Kupperman scores were used to analyze the factors of menopausal syndrome. Results：Univariate analysis showed that： work pressure, chronic illness, marital status, neighborhood relations, monthly income and educational level and female climacteric syndrome have a certain relationship（P〈0.05）; multivariate analysis confirmed that the work pressure is too large, suffering from chronic diseases, marital status, neighborhood difference, cultural degree the relatively low income and low lead independent risk factors of severe climacteric syndrome（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Climacteric syndrome factors appear, including job stress, chronic disease, marital status, neighborhood relations, income and low education level, strengthen the cognition level, reasonable regulation helps to improve and reduce the incidence of menopausal syndrome.
