摘要 目的:探讨复发性流产和染色体异常的关系。方法:本次医学研究选择我院妇产科2014年1月至2015年12月之间收治的110例复发性流产患者为观察对象,对其绒毛组织染色体进行检查,回顾分析复发性流产和染色体异常的影响因素及其异常核型。结果:全部110例复发性流产观察对象的绒毛组织中,28例存在异常核型,约占25.45%。染色体异常观察对象约占产妇总数的27.28%(30/110)。结论:染色体异常是诱发复发性流产的主要原因,因而复发性流产患者清宫术过程中需实施染色体检查,确定染色体核型,从而实现优生优育。 Objective: To study the relationship between recurrent abortion and chromosome abnormality. Method: Study on the medical selection of 110 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology as the observation object check of the villi chromosome retrospective analysis of recurrent spontaneous abortion and the influence factors of chromosomal abnormalities and abnormal karyotype. Result: All 110 cases of recurrent abortion were observed in the chorionic villi, 28 cases had abnormal karyotype, accounting for about 25.45. Chromosome abnormality was observed in 27.28% of the total number of women(30/110). Conclusion: Chromosome abnormality was the main cause of recurrent miscarriage, and recurrent spontaneous abortion curettage in the process of implementing chromosome examination, determine the karyotype, so as to realize the eugenics.
