心理护理干预与健康教育对乳腺癌围手术期患者心理状态的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention and Health Education on Psychological State of Patients with Breast Cancer During Perioperative Period

目的:探讨心理护理干预与健康教育对乳腺癌围手术期患者心理状态的影响。方法:本次研究对象是我院2014年3月-2016年8月乳腺癌围手术期患者75例,随机分为一般护理组和护理干预组。一般护理组行常规护理;护理干预组在一般护理组基础上增加心理护理干预与健康教育。比较两组患者乳腺癌围手术期依从性;护理前后心理状态变化;手术后不良症状出现率。结果:护理干预组患者乳腺癌围手术期依从性显著比一般护理组高,P<0.05;护理干预组护理后心理状态变化显著比一般护理组好,焦虑和抑郁分数降低幅度更大P<0.05;护理干预组手术后不良症状出现率显著比一般护理组低,P<0.05。结论:心理护理干预与健康教育对乳腺癌围手术期患者心理状态的影响大,可有效改善患者心理状态,提高其手术依从性,减少并发症发生,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention and health education on the psychological state of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period. Methods： 75 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from March 2014 to August were randomly divided into the general nursing group and the nursing intervention group. General nursing group and routine nursing care; nursing intervention group on the basis of the general nursing group to increase the psychological nursing intervention and health education.The perioperative compliance of patients with breast cancer in two groups was compared with the changes of psychological status before and after nursing. Results： the intervention group of patients with breast cancer during the perioperative period of compliance significantly than general nursing group, P 〈 0.05;nursing intervention group after nursing psychological state changes significantly than the general nursing group, anxiety and depression scores decreased more P 〈 0.05; nursing intervention of adverse symptoms than the general nursing group was significantly lower in group after the surgery, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： the effect of psychological nursing intervention and health education on the psychological state of patients with breast cancer during operation period, which can effectively improve the mental state of patients, improve the operation compliance, reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion.
