摘要 建立绿茶中28种农药残留同时测定的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。绿茶样品采用乙腈超声提取,经Cleanert TPT(2 g/12 m L)复合固相萃取小柱净化,气相色谱-质谱分析,内标法定量。方法的添加回收试验表明:在0.05、0.15 mg/kg两个添加水平,28种农药的平均回收率为82.5%~106.7%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~7.1%;方法的检出限为0.005 mg/kg^0.040 mg/kg。该方法样品前处理简单,适合批量前处理,准确度、精密度和灵敏度均符合农药多残留检测的技术要求。 A method for the determination of 28 pesiticide residues in green tea has been established using GCMS(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). The samples were extracted by acetonitrile in an ultrasonic bath and cleaned up by Cleanert TPT(2 g/12 m L)solid phase extraction(SPE)columns. The analytes were determined by GC-MS and quantified by internal standard method. The results of the spiked level test showed that the average recovery of 28 pesticides ranged from 82.5 % to 106.7 % with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of2.6 %-7.1 % at the spike levels of 0.05 mg/kg and 0.15 mg/kg. The limits of detection were 0.005 mg/kg-0.040 mg/kg. The sample pretreatment method is simple and suitable for batch processing. Moreover the accuracy,precision and sensitivity of this method can meet the requirements of the multiple pesticide residue analysis.
