论麻黄宣通玄府治疗视频相关性干眼症的疗效观察

The clinical curative effect in treatment of ephedra on video correlation of dry eye

目的观察麻黄宣通玄府治疗视频相关性干眼症的临床疗效。方法将视频相关性干眼症的患者72例(144只眼),采取单纯随机分组对照的方法将受试患者分成薄冰凉雾剂1组(药物组成:薄荷、冰片、麻黄)和薄冰凉雾剂2组(药物组成:薄荷、冰片),每组36例(72只眼)。分别在治疗前、治疗2周后对两组各主观症状(干涩、异物感、烧灼感、畏光、视疲劳)及客观指标(泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜染色)进行观察记录,再将治疗前后两组各时间点的资料进行统计学分析。结果薄冰凉雾剂1组治疗前后在各主观症状评分、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量、角膜染色方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。薄冰凉雾剂2组治疗前后各主观症状评分、角膜染色方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。薄冰凉雾剂1组总有效率为80.56%,高于薄冰凉雾剂2组的45.83%(P<0.05)。结论局部中药雾化治疗干眼症是可行的,增加麻黄的薄冰凉雾剂治疗干眼症是优效的。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of ephedra on video correlation of dry eye. Methods： 72 cases（144 eyes） of patients with dry eye video correlation were selected and divided randomly into group1（drug composition： mint,borneol,ephedra） and group 2（drug composition： mint,borneol）,72 eyes in each. The subjective symptoms（dryness,foreign body sensation,burning sensation,photophobia,visual fatigue） and objective indexes（tear break-up time,tear secretion test,corneal staining） were observed and recorded respectively before treatment and 2 weeks after the treatment,and the data of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results： Before and after treatment,the difference of subjective symptoms and objective indexes in group 1 were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The score difference in group 2 before and after treatment in subjective symptoms and corneal staining was statistically significance（P〈0.05）;the score difference in the sense of f tear break-up time and tear secretion test had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The total effective rate of group 1 was 80.56%,which was higher than that of the group 2（45.83%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Local aerosol with traditional Chinese medicine is feasible in treatment of dry eye;ice cold spray with ephedra is more effective in treatment of dry eye.
