针刺结合鼓室注射治疗低中频下降型突聋51例

Clinical Study on Acupuncture with Injection of Tympanum on Low-middle Frequency Sudden Deafness

目的观察针刺结合鼓室注射治疗低中频下降型突聋的临床疗效。方法 103例患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组51例和对照组52例。观察组采用针刺加鼓室注射治疗,对照组采用鼓室注射治疗,随访2周,对疗效进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗后听力、耳鸣改善均优于对照组,且两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而耳闷塞感、眩晕较治疗前均有改善,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组听力恢复总有效率98.04%优于对照组的86.54%(P<0.01)。治疗组耳鸣改善总有效率95.35%优于对照组的65.38%(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组耳闷、眩晕改善总有效率比较差别不大(P>0.05)。结论针刺结合鼓室注射治疗低中频下降型突聋疗效肯定。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture with injection of tympanum on low-middle frequency sudden deafness. Methods： 103 patients with low-middle frequency sudden deafness were divided into the observation group of 51 cases and the control group of 52 cases. The observation group received acupuncture with injection of tympanum,while the control group received only injection of tympanum. In 2 weeks＇ follow-up,the effects were statistically analyzed. Rusults： The improvements of hearing and tinnitus in the observation group was better than those in the control,with significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment,ear fullness and vertigo were improved,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The total effective rate of auditory rehabilitation was 98.04% in the treatment group,superior to the control group（86.54%）（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of tinnitus improvement was 95.35% in the treatment group,superior to the control group（65.38%）（P〈0.01）. After treatment,there was no significant difference between the total effective rate of auditory rehabilitation and the total effective rate of tinnitus improvement（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion：acupuncture combined with injection of tympanum is an effective way to treat in low-middle frequency sudden deafness.
