摘要
目的:筛选适合富集新疆啤酒花中总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂并确定纯化工艺参数。方法:以静态吸附下大孔树脂的吸附率和解析率为指标,确定富集总黄酮的最佳大孔树脂,并明确新疆啤酒花中总黄酮的最佳富集工艺。结果:D-101型树脂对新疆啤酒花中总黄酮有良好的富集效果,其具体的工艺参数条件为:上样浓度为0.5g/m L,最大上样量为1.5BV,上样流速为1.0m L/min,洗脱剂为50%乙醇,洗脱剂用量为5BV,洗脱流速为1.0m L/min。结论:采用D-101型大孔吸附树脂可有效富集新疆啤酒花中总黄酮类成分。
Objective Screen the macroporous resins for enrichment the total flavonoids in Humulus Lupulus L. from Xinjiang and make sure the optimum parameters of purification. Methods The adsorption rate and resolution rate with macroporous adsorption resin static adsorption rate were as the index, screening out the enrichment of total flavonoids best resin in Humulus Lupulus L. and the opti- mum conditions for purification the total flavonoids in Humulus Lupulus L. was finished. Results D - 101 macroporous resin could enrich the total flavonoids of Humulus Lupulus L. The specific process parameters were: sample concentration was 0. 5g·mL^-1, maximum sample volume is 1.5 BV, control the sample flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the eluent concentration is 50% ethyl alcohol, elution volume was 5 BV, the eluent flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Conclusion D - I01 macroporous adsorption resin could purify the total flavonoids in Humulus Lupulus L. from Xinjiang.
