电针“百会”、“印堂”对慢性疼痛针刺镇痛增强效应的临床研究被引量：7

摘要目的试验观察电针"百会"、"印堂"组穴对"慢性疼痛"的针刺镇痛作用有无临床增强效应。方法将60例患者分为针刺组,针刺加电针组,针刺3周后比较WOMAC骨关节炎指数,SDS量表。结果与针刺组比较,电针组WOMAC骨关节炎指数,SDS量表结果都有一定差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),针刺2组有更好的改善情绪和减轻疼痛的作用。结论在针刺治疗慢性疼痛的患者时,给予一定的抗抑郁配穴,可起到加强针刺镇痛的作用。 Objective To investigated the enhance influence of（EA） on ＂Baihui＂, ＂Yintang＂on the chronic pain. Methods Sixty paitients were divided into acugroup and EA-groups. Observe the results of WOMAC and SDS. Results The results of WOMAC and SDS was different（P〈0.05） between the acu-group and EAgroups（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results show that we can add the antidepression pionts to enhanced the function of normal acupuncture.
