摘要
目的探讨循证护理理念在急性冠状动脉综合征介入术后的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年9月在沈阳市第一人民医院心内科就诊的101例急性冠状动脉综合征介入术后患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组50例,采用普通护理措施,试验组51例,在普通护理措施的基础上采取循证护理措施,比较两组患者术后尿潴留、下肢静脉血栓形成、心律失常、低血压、穿刺点出血以及皮下血肿等并发症情况。结果试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论对急性冠状动脉综合征介入术后患者采取循证护理可以有效的提高护理以及疾病知识达标率,降低并发症发生率。
Objective Discuss concept of evidence-based nursing in acute coronary syndrome after interventional application effect. Methods Selected from January 2014 to September 2014 in shenyang first people＇s hospital of 101 cases of acute coronary syndrome after interventional cardiology, patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 50 cases, using common nursing measures, 51 cases patients, in general nursing measures on the basis of the evidence-based nursing measures, comparing two groups of patients with postoperative urinary retention, lower limb venous thrombosis, arrhythmia, hypotension, puncture complications such as bleeding and subcutaneous hematoma. Results The experimental group is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taken in patients with acute coronary syndrome after interventional evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the nursing and disease knowledge success rate.
