心脏磁共振成像技术对心力衰竭患者心肌纤维化的评估与临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 对于大部分心力衰竭患者而言,其通常会存在一定的心肌纤维化情况,进而对心力衰竭进程产生加快作用。因此,为实现早期准确诊断,并为临床靶向治疗提供可靠依据,对心力衰竭患者的心肌纤维化情况展开无创性评估就显得尤为重要。而作为一种现代化的医学检查手段,心脏磁共振成像技术凭借成像清晰、准确度高的优势,在心肌纤维化检测中得到了广泛应用。基于此,本文从就心肌纤维化概念及其常用检测方法出发,就心脏磁共振成像技术对心力衰竭患者心肌纤维化的检测及评估作用展开探讨。
