腹膜外剖宫产术应用于二次剖宫产的疗效观察

Effect of Extraperitoneal Cesarean Section on Secondary Cesarean Section

目的观察腹膜外剖宫产术应用于行二次剖宫产患者的疗效。方法选取我院收治的行二次剖宫产的患者共112例,收治年限在2012年1月至2014年7月,将其随机分成两组,每组各56例。对照组使用腹膜内剖宫产术,观察组使用腹膜外剖宫产术。然后对比两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间以及并发症发生率。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间以及并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对行二次剖宫产的患者,在临床上使用腹膜外剖宫产术,可以有效缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量和并发症发生率,值得广泛推荐使用。

Conclusion Patients underwent secondary cesarean section for using extraperitoneal cesarean section in clinical practice, can effectively reduce the operation time, blood loss and lower incidence of complications, it is worth widely recommended.
