联用硫辛酸与苦碟子注射液治疗急性脑梗死并2型糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Lipoic Acid and Kudiezi Injection in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨联合应用硫辛酸与苦碟子注射液治疗急性脑梗死并2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择90例诊断为急性脑梗死并2型糖尿病的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组为45例,给予硫辛酸与苦碟子注射液治疗;对照组45例,单用苦碟子注射液治疗,10 d为1个疗程。治疗前后分别测定血液流变学、空腹血糖及肝肾功能指标,同时观察临床疗效。结果在改善血液流变学指标和降血糖等方面,治疗组优于对照组:两组的有效率分别为97.8%、88.9%(P<0.05)。结论联合应用硫辛酸与苦碟子注射液治疗急性脑梗死并2型糖尿病者安全效佳。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarctionwith Type 2 diabetes by Thioctic Acid Injectionand Kudiezi Injection. Methods 90 acute cerebral infarction patientswith Type 2 diabetes, randomly dividedinto treatment group and contrast group, the treatment group has 45 cases,the contrast group has 45 cases. The treatment group is treated by Thioctic Acid Injectionand Kudiezi Injection. The contrast group is treated without Thioctic Acid. A course of treatment is 10 days. Blood rheology, Fasting blood glucose, Liver and kidney function indexes were measured before and after treatment. Observe the clinical effect at the same time, Results In the aspects ofreducing blood glucose and improving blood viscosity, the treatment group is better than that of the contrast group. The efficiency of the two groups reached 97.8% and 88.9%, respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thioctic Acid Injectioncombined with Kudiezi Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Type 2 diabetesis safe and effective.
