加强科研平台项目建设管理的思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Thoughts on Strengthening Project Construction and Management of Scientific Research Platform,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

科研平台建设水平是衡量研究机构科研能力的重要标志之一。文章在梳理分析江苏省农业科学院科研平台建设现状与管理模式的基础上,针对建设国内一流科技平台网络体系的目标,围绕平台建设的顶层设计、目标定位、运行发展、条件建设等方面提出了进一步加强科研平台建设管理工作的指导性工作方针,以推动平台进一步提档升级。

The construction level of scientific research platform is one of the important indicators to measure the scientific research ability of research institutions. Based on the analysis of the current status and management mode of scientific research platform of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and aiming at building a first-class science and technology platform network system in China, construction guidelines were put forward in the paper in terms of top-level design, target positioning, operation and development, and condition construction, so as to push the platform to a higher level.
