摘要
文章从宏观层面对江苏省水稻品种现状和应用与推广中存在的问题进行了总结和分析,从微观层面分别对水稻产区的245个农户水稻品种使用情况和45个乡镇的农业基层管理人员水稻品种管理情况进行了调研分析。在此基础上,整合宏观研究和微观研究的结论,提出以需求为导向进行品种选育、推进品种动态化管理、有效传递品种信息和加快提高农民综合素质等加强水稻品种应用和推广的对策建议。
The current situation of rice varieties and problems of application and extension in Jiangsu Province were summarized and analyzed in the paper, and rice variety use situation of 245 households and rice variety management situation of agricultural management personnel of45 towns in rice producing areas were investigated and analyzed from micro level. Finally, according to the conclusion of the macro research and micro research, suggestions for strengthening application and extension of rice varieties were put forward, i.e., rice breeding should be oriented by demand, promoting dynamic management of varieties, taking effective means of publicity, improving the overall quality of farmers.
