摘要
通过对安全气囊系统PSI5通信协议进行解析,对碰撞传感器的信号特征进行仿真。利用硬件在环仿真测试技术,模拟车辆碰撞的各种工况条件,对安全气囊控制器的控制策略及诊断策略进行测试验证。不仅可以对碰撞工况进行重复试验,也大大降低了实车碰撞试验的测试成本,是安全气囊控制器策略研究的有效测试手段。
Through analyzing the airbag system PSI5 communication protocol, the article simulates the signal of crash sensor. Using the method of hardware in the loop, simulates various working conditions of vehicle collision to test and validate the airbag system control and diagnostic strategy. This method not only realizes collision test replication, but also significantly reduces the cost of real vehicle collision test. Therefore, this is an effective test method for research of airbag system control strategy.
