摘要
为研究高强钢锥形件剪切旋压成形过程中工艺参数对旋压件成形质量的影响规律,选取对剪切旋压成形质量影响最大的进给比和旋轮与芯模之间的间隙偏离率两个工艺参数为研究变量,基于ABAQUS软件建立了DP600高强钢锥形件剪切旋压成形过程的数值模拟模型,并以旋压件的壁厚偏差和圆度作为成形质量评价指标。研究结果表明:锥形剪切旋压件侧壁等效塑性应变沿着厚度方向由内侧往外侧逐渐增大;随着进给比和偏离率的增大,锥形剪切旋压件的壁厚偏差和圆度均先减小后增大,在零偏离率和0.5 mm·r^(-1)的进给比下得到的旋压件尺寸精度最优,并且有限元模拟结果和成形试验结果吻合度良好。
Numerical simulation shear spinning model of high strength steel DP600 conical part was established by software ABAQUS to investigate the influence of parameters on the forming quality of high strength steel conical parts during shear spinning. Take two most influential parameters,the feed rate and deviation rate of the clearance between mandrel and rollers,as research variables,and take wall thickness deviation and ovality as evaluation indicators of the forming quality. The results show that the equivalent plastic strain at deformed wall of spun parts increases gradually from the inner surface to the outer surface along the thickness direction,and the wall thickness deviation and ovality of the spun parts decrease firstly and then increase with the increasing of feed rate and deviation rate. Therefore,the optimal forming quality can be obtained under the feed rate 0. 5 mm·r-1,the deviation zero,and the simulated results agree well with that of the experiment.
