硫酸风机“一拖二”的应用实践

Application of using one fan for two sulphuric acid plants

介绍因硫磺供应紧张用300 kt/a硫磺制酸装置的1台空气风机供2套硫磺制酸装置运行情况。简述了200 kt/a制酸装置保温方法和300 kt/a硫磺制酸装置的操作。从原料硫磺的管理、液硫的精制、液硫中杂质的控制和液硫过滤机分布孔防堵塞(快速熔硫槽及粗硫槽滤框)等4个方面给出了液硫精制、焚硫、转化等工序的生产管理及工艺控制措施。

Operation of using one fan in 300 kt/a suphur-burning sulphuric acid plant for two sulphuric acid plants due to sulphur tension supply is introduced. Heat preservation methods of 200 kt/a sulphuric acid plant and operation of 300 kt/a suphur-burning sul- phuric acid plant are discussed. Manufacturing management and technology control measures of hquid purification, sulphur burning and conversion section are proposed from four aspects of material sulphur management, liquid purification, impurity control of liquid sul- phur and anti clogging in distributed holes of liquid sulphur filter.
