降低硫磺回收装置烟气SO_2排放浓度的技术方案选择 被引量:12

摘要 通过分析影响硫磺回收装置尾气二氧化硫排放浓度的主要因素,针对胺液吸收、络合铁、氨法脱硫、动力波碱洗4种硫磺回收装置尾气治理技术的原理及工艺,对比分析研究了4种技术的操作稳定性、尾气净化精度、投资、运行费用、二次污染情况等因素。结果表明:GLT络合铁技术硫容量高且能脱除COS等有机硫,取代SCOT胺吸尾气不仅能保证焚烧尾气二氧化硫质量浓度低于50 mg/m^3,而且能显著节省蒸汽费用,产生显著效益。 The main influence factors of SO2 emissions concentration from off-gas of sulphur recovery unit are analyzed. Aiming at principles and technical processes of treatment of off-gas from sulphur recovery unit by liquid amine absorption, chelated iron method, ammonia desulphurization and dynamic wave alkaline wash method, the comparative analysis of operation stability, accuracy class of off-gas purification, investment, operation cost and secondary pollution and so on are carried out. The results shows that GLT chelated iron technology has high sulphur capacity and can remove COS organic sulphur, and replace SCOT amine absorption, which not only ensure that SO2 concentration from incineration off-gas is lower than 50 mg/m^3, but also significantly save the steam cost and produce great bene-fits.
