Phosphogypsum utilization situation during the Twelfth FiveYear plan period and current work focus

从磷石膏产排情况、产排特征和综合利用取得的主要成效等方面介绍了磷石膏产生及综合利用现状。分析了磷石膏综合利用所存在的问题,其中包括区域之间发展不平衡;已建装置开车率低,装置能力未充分发挥;磷石膏综合利用后延产品附加值低、同质化严重;磷石膏库所存在安全环保问题。提出当前的主要工作是加快综合利用产品的结构调整、转型升级,着力实施创新驱动发展战略,力争到"十三五"末全行业磷石膏综合利用率达到50%,磷石膏安全环保堆存率超过90%。

Generation and utilization situation are introduced in terms of main achievements in phosphogypsum generation and discharge situation, characteristics and comprehensive utilization. Problems existing in phosphogypsum comprehensive utilization are analyzed, including unbalanced development between region, low operation of existing plants, not using full abilities of plants, low added- value of augmented product, serious homogeneity, safety and environmental protection issues of phosphogypsum inventory. It is pro-posed that current main work is accelerating structure adjustment in comprehensive utilization of products, transformation and upgra-ding, implementing innovation-driven development strategy, aiming for coefficient of utilization in phosphogypsum with 50%, and safe storage rate of phosphogypsum over 90%.
