介绍了CT系列新型纤维除雾器结构及特点。该除雾器采用特殊设计和制作工艺,有效解决了除雾效率和压力降平衡问题。根据不同工况,采用整体连续纤维毡工艺和纤维条混编工艺,可避免除雾器元件因纤维床整体沉降而产生气体旁流或短路。内外圆筒框架、法兰、密封挡环均采用特制合金材料,使设备耐腐蚀性好。新型纤维除雾器在铅锌制酸系统应用后,二吸塔出口尾气酸雾质量浓度均低于20 mg/m^3。
Structure and characteristics of CT series of new fiber mist eliminator are introduced. The mist eliminator applied special design and manufacture technology, and solved mist removal efficiency and pressure balance. According to different working condition, integral and continuous fiber mat and mixed ribbon technique avoided gas by-pass flow and short circuit resulted from whole settlement of fibre bed by mist eliminator components. Column frame, flange and seal catch ring were mode of special alloy material, improving corrosion resistance performance. After application of new fiber mist eliminator in sulphuric acid plant based on zinc and germanium smelting off-gases, acid mist concentration of tail gas at the last absorber outlet was less than 20 mg/m^3.
