摘要
"共同、综合、合作、可持续"的亚洲安全观,是中国为世界安全合作贡献的独特理念与智慧,有着复杂系统理论的逻辑基点。本文解析亚洲安全观的时代性特征,阐明其重要的理论价值和现实意义;超越新现实主义、新自由主义和建构主义,解析亚洲安全观的复杂系统特征;从完善主体结构、明确主要内容、创新制度机制等方面,提出亚洲安全治理体系的构建策略。
The Asian security concept of ＂common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable＂ is the unique idea and wisdom that China contributes to the international security cooperation. Its logic base is from the complex system theory. This paper analyzes the time characteristics of the Asian security concept, and expounds its important theoretical value and practical significance. The complex system characteristics of the Asian security concept is resolved beyond the neo- realism, neoliberalism and constrnctivism. The construction strategies of Asian security governance system are proposed from the aspects of refining the system structure, clearing the main contents, and innovating the institutional mecha- nisms.
