企业外部关系质量对低碳技术创新的影响:基于知识视角的研究

The Effect of External Relationship Quality on Low Carbon Technology Innovation: Knowledge Perspective

本文从知识角度切入,探讨了企业外部关系质量对低碳技术创新的影响关系,研究了知识密度的中介作用及沉睡知识的调节作用。基于320份调查问卷数据,层次回归分析结果表明:(1)企业外部关系质量正向影响低碳技术创新;(2)知识密度在企业外部关系质量对低碳技术创新的影响关系中起中介作用;(3)沉睡知识负向调节知识密度对低碳技术创新的影响关系,即沉睡知识越少,知识密度对低碳技术创新的正向影响就越显著。

From the perspective of knowledge, this paper has discussed the influence of external relation quality of enterprise on the innovation of low-carbon technology. This paper has also studied the intermediary effect of knowledge tensity and the regulating effect of sleeping knowledge. Based on the data of 320 employees＇ questionnaires, the empirical study suggested that, （ 1 ） the external relation quality of enterprise has a positive effect on the innovation of low-carbon technology. （2） knowledge tensity works as an intermediary role in this process. （3） sleeping knowledge has a negative regulation, namely, the less the sleeping knowledge is, the more remarkable the positive effect will be.
