摘要
以HSST型磁悬浮列车转向架为对象,建立了零部件三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对转向架在静态悬浮、直线加速行驶、断电停车和制动四种工况的受力变形状态进行分析。仿真结果表明转向架垂向变形满足电磁铁悬浮间隙要求,可为转向架相关零部件的结构设计提供参考依据。
The three - dimensional models of parts were set up, targeting the bogie of HSST maglev train. Then models were imported to the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The deformation situations of train bogie were analyzed under four working conditions of static levitation, linear acceleration, power cutting and braking separately. The simulation results shows that vertical deformation of bogie has met the requirements of the electromagnet suspension gap, which can be used a reference for the structural design of maglev train bogie.
