摘要
合成了三种膦酸酯离子液体,在微动微振摩擦磨损试验机SRV-IV上评价其作为两种碳氢润滑油(矿物油和聚α-烯烃)的添加剂对钢/钢摩擦副的摩擦学性能.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对磨斑表面进行了分析.结果表明:膦酸酯离子液体能够有效改善这两种碳氢润滑油的摩擦学性能,离子液体分子的极性性质使其能够从基础油中不断吸附到金属表面,形成有效的吸附润滑膜,并且膦酸酯离子液体与金属基底发生了摩擦化学反应,形成了摩擦化学反应膜,从而使该离子液体表现出优异的减摩抗磨性能.
Three kinds of phosphonate ionic liquids were synthesized and used as lubricant additives in two hydrocarbon oils(mineral oil(MO) and poly alpha olefins(PAO)) for steel/steel contact. The tribological performance of the lubricants was evaluated on an Optimal SRV-IV oscillating friction and wear tester. The worn steel surfaces were analyzed by a JSM-5600 LV scanning electron microscope and a PHI-5702 multifunctional X-ray photoelectron spectrometer. Results show that phosphonate ionic liquids improved the tribological performance of the hydrocarbon oils effectively. The mechanism was that the phosphonate ionic liquids adsorbed onto the steel surface because of its high polar to form the adsorption films. Furthermore, the tribochemical reactions between the phosphonate ionic liquids and the steel surface occurred to form the tribochemical reaction films.
