情绪效价与执法经验对足球竞赛中犯规判罚决策影响的实验研究

Impact of Emotion and Expertise on Football referees' Foul Decision Making

裁判员判罚决策研究是国际运动心理学领域中的重要研究领域。从影响个体认知决策的主体因素出发,探讨情绪状态与执法经验对足球裁判员犯规判罚决策的影响。采用2*3*2的重复测量设计,30名足球裁判员参与本研究。结果表明,情绪效价对足球裁判员判罚决策存在主效应,积极情绪状态下足球裁判员的犯规判罚决策效果更佳;执法经验对足球裁判员犯规判罚决策不存在主效应,但其与任务难度存在交互作用。在高难度任务中,高水平裁判的决策效果优于低水平裁判,在低难度任务中,两者不存在显著性差异。未来研究应加强裁判员判罚决策干预研究。

The referees＇decision making is an important study area in the field of sport psychology.This study adopted experience（2）X emotion state（3）X task difficulty（2）mixed repeat measure design to investigate the effect of emotion state and experience on the judgment of football referees.30 football referees participated in this study.The results demonstrated that emotion valence had major effects on the judgment of football referees.The referees made more valid judgment under positive than neutral and negative emotion.The experience had minor effects on the judgment of football referees.The interaction between experience and task difficulty was found.The future research should pay attention on the intervention study of referees＇judgment.
