摘要
针对轨道式龙门起重机回转机构在调试过程中出现的运转不平稳、异常抖动、噪声超标等现象,分析并确定了产生该类故障的原因,提出了解决方案,排除了故障。
Considering at the faults occurred in the commissioning process of slewing mechanism of rail mounted gantry crane, the causes of such failures are presented through the analysis of failure phenomenon. By practical verification and investigation, the failure cause is determined and the solution is provided. Through the new maintenance policy, the fault is finally eliminated.
