摘要
对影响带式输送机托辊旋转阻力的因素进行分析,对密封件压装工艺、轴承座、轴承座装配精度进行改进,大幅降低了托辊的旋转阻力,确保了托辊生产质量的稳定性,延长了托辊使用寿命,保障了皮带机系统的稳定运行。
Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the rotary resistance of the roller of belt conveyor, three im- provement measures have been provided to improve the seal press-mounting process, the design and assembly accuracy of bearing seat. These measures greatly reduce the rotation resistance of the roller, which not only ensure the stability of pro- duction quality of roller, but also prolong its service life. All these measures are finally validated and can ensure the belt conveyor system to run stably.
